Restaurant information on this Site is compiled from public sources and owner submissions. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all listing information is current or complete. Hours, menus, and other details are subject to change.
Restaurant owners may claim their listing to update and manage their information. By submitting or updating listing content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate.
4. Owner Accounts
Restaurant owners who create accounts are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
5. Listing Plans
Thai Food Radar offers Free, Enhanced, and Thai Food Network Partner listing plans. Features and limitations vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify plan offerings and pricing with reasonable notice to affected users.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information
- Claim a listing for a restaurant you do not own or manage
- Use the Site to spam or harass other users or businesses
- Scrape or systematically download content without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
7. Intellectual Property
The Thai Food Radar name, logo, and site design are property of Thai Food Network. Restaurant owners retain ownership of content they submit, but grant us a license to display it on the Site.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listing information, the quality of any restaurant, or any transactions between users and restaurants.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thai Food Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
